Sharing in our core beliefs and values to provide an unmatched level of care, Stephanie joins our dental team as part of our ongoing commitment to patients’ dental health.

Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Oral Health at Latrobe University. As a registered Oral Health Therapist, Stephanie has gained experience from working in both public and private practice as well as attending regular further continuing education. Stephanie has also worked in Finland where she gained further experience in modern preventative techniques.

Stephanie brings to the practice and particular skill set geared toward preventative dental maintenance of which she is most passionate about.

Heading up our new Hygiene Department, Stephanie will help us to better provide comprehensive patient care for complete oral health. During routine cleanings and exams, Stephanie will gently and expertly remove calculus and plaque from the surface of the teeth. To keep the teeth strong and healthy, she will apply preventive treatments, such as fluoride and dental sealants.

With dental education the very foundation to great oral health, Stephanie works to build a relationship with each patient. During her time with the patients, she will help teach the importance of oral hygiene and share valuable tips to help maintain oral health. 

In her spare time, you most likely will find Stephanie spending time with her family, friends, and following her beloved Carlton football club. 

Stephanie’s skills include:

  • Thorough and gentle scaling and cleaning
  • Diagnosis of gum diseases involving charting and recording
  • Root planning for gum disease treatment
  • Administration of fluoride
  • Oral hygiene instruction
  • Taking of impressions and x-rays

Stephanie has also assumed the expanded role of the provision of the highly effective Phillips Zoom Whitening treatment. A safe and effective method of achieving a brilliant smile.
