Covid-19

Important Coronavirus Information

Given the rapidly evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within Australia we would like to provide you with an update on our position and the measures Domain Dental are taking to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

While we have always adhered to guidelines and professional advice regarding patient safety, we have introduced a number of additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safe environment.  The measures that we have put in place are centralised around the continual advice provided from the Australian Dental Association and the Government.

As per Australian Dental Association advice, we will be conducting screening phone calls to all our patients prior to their appointments. We will be requiring patients to wait in their cars in our carpark or outside on the front porch. We have introduced even more rigorous hygiene standards to all NON surgical areas of the clinic, these include disinfecting all benches with the highest-grade in the reception and waiting rooms, door handles and electronic devices after each patient.  In addition every patient will be required to thoroughly wash their hands upon entering the premises.

The measures taken by the team at Domain Dental are to ensure the safety of our staff and clients as per guidelines from both the Government and Governing Bodies. This cannot be emphasised enough. We ask all patients if they are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to postpone their appointments. If you are feeling unwell, we would still ask our patients to contact to seek advice as well as seek appropriate medical attention.

We at Domain Dental are committed to providing quality oral health care and any other support we can provide to our patients and the community.

We wish everyone all the best and we look forward to seeing you and providing you with the best dental care.

At Domain Dental, we fully support the evidence that vaccination for COVID-19 is effective in protecting dental staff, vulnerable family members and patients.
